Beginning Monday, June 14, Campus Operations will begin renovating the south pedestrian walkway of College Walk in order to install a drainage system, level the pavers, and add new granite curbs along the tree plots. The work is expected to run through August 25.
A construction fence will be installed along the south end of College Walk to restrict access to the south pathway. The construction fence will run from Broadway to the open path just west of Hamilton Hall. Access between College Walk and lower campus will be available via the stairs and ramp adjacent to Hamilton Hall, with the ramp adjacent to Pulitzer unavailable at the start of the project.
As the project progresses during the summer from Broadway to Amsterdam, the north-south access across College Walk will change to the path adjacent to Dodge and Pulitzer Hall. At that time, the ramp adjacent to Hamilton Hall will close.
