The Events Administration Office supports events of all sizes on the Morningside and Manhattanville campuses, both indoors and outdoors. We work closely with our campus partners in Event Management, Public Safety and numerous venue managers to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
WHEN TO CONTACT US
Event planners should contact Events Administration as early as possible in the planning process. For small events, requests for event support must be submitted at least three business days in advance of the event date. Larger scale events, such as those requiring tents and staging, may require 4-to-6 weeks' advanced notice for planning and securing any applicable permits.
