HVAC Services
Basic repair and maintenance services provided by the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Environmental Controls (EC) Departments are part of the common cost (non-chargeable) services for most Morningside and Manhattanville academic and administrative departments.
All HVAC-EC services provided to Undergraduate Housing, Faculty House, Columbia Residential, and Dining Services are chargeable, as are services performed on departmentally-dedicated HVAC and environmental control equipment. Click here for labor rates. Please contact your Departmental Administrator or Office Manager to report malfunctioning equipment, or to request service for events occurring on evenings and weekends.
