The Operations Project team, comprised of professionals across our trade shops, provides minor renovation and remodeling services to all academic and administrative departments. Examples of small-scale remodeling and renovation services include constructing a new office, building/removing walls, installing partitions, and replacing or installing carpeting. Fees for renovation and remodeling are assessed at a fixed rate.
Upon request to the Service Center, the Carpentry Shop will provide estimates for renovation and woodworking services for academic and administrative departments, chargeable to the requesting department. All consulting and testing services (e.g., radon, lead, asbestos) are chargeable to the requesting department.
