The Plumbing Shop is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the campus reverse osmosis system. Service on central, public-use reverse osmosis systems and associated piping, valves, and hardware is a common cost (non-chargeable) service. Maintenance and repair of private-use reverse osmosis systems dedicated to a department and its associated piping, valves, and hardware is billed at an hourly labor rate, plus the cost of materials.
