The Steam Shop provides repair and maintenance of all steam lines. Service on central, public-use steam systems and their associated hardware is a common cost (non-chargeable) service. Repair and maintenance of local, departmentally-dedicated steam systems are chargeable, billable at an hourly labor rate, plus materials.
