The Safety and Compliance team initiates mold complaint investigations, addresses water intrusion to minimize or eliminate the potential for fungal (e.g., mold) and microbial growth, and responds to potential fungal growth in accordance with city, state and federal guidelines and rules. Additionally, we aim to minimize property damage, remediation cost, and try to enable prompt resumption of routine activities in affected areas through appropriate execution of accepted procedures.
